The basic concept of mind coaching is this: The conscious mind is the information that we are aware of.It is like a computer screen, and it is limited to processing about 10 bits of information at any given time. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, handles all the information that we are not aware of.It is like your computer's hard drive connected to the internet.It can handle millions of bits of information at any one time. This subconscious part of our mind controls all the autonomic functions, cellular activities, and complex chemistry in our body. Instructions for use of the “Mind Coaching” CDs
1.After listening to the Introduction, listen to track 2 on the first CD, entitled Relaxation Coaching.This is training to relax your mind and body.
2.Next listen to track 3 on the first CD, The Quick Fix.This is a shorter relaxation exercise.
3.Listen to either The Quick Fix or Relaxation Coaching up to three times per day for approximately one week.This trains your mind to enter the proper levels to accept the later Healing Exercises.
4.After about one week, listen to track 4 on the first CD, Coaching for Perfect Health.Listen to this about once per week.On the other days listen to The Quick Fix or Relaxation Coaching up to three times per day.
5.For people using Chemotherapy, listen to track 1 on the second CD with head phones during the treatment.If that is not feasible, listen to it prior to your treatment and recall the material while you are having the treatment.
6.For Radiation Therapy, since the treatment is usually short, listen to track 2 on the second CD before the treatment.Play it over in your mind while the treatment is being performed.
7.Please do not listen to these mental training exercises while operating a motorised vehicle.Use them in a quiet, comfortable place.Since this is training, it is best to go through the exercises in a seated position.If you are too ill to sit, you may lie down.Do your best to remain awake and listen consciously, but if you do fall asleep you will still reap benefits.At the end of the exercise if you wish to go to sleep, you may disregard the ending instructions and simply drift off to sleep.
For Physical Health
You may be taking medications, using chemotherapy, or radiation therapy.It is important to follow your Doctor’s directions and continue those therapies.
In addition we have a few other suggestions for physical health.Drink one third to one half your body weight in ounces of chlorine-free water up to 100 ounces per day unless you are on fluid restriction.It is beneficial of avoid pop and flavored water.
Nutritionally, we have found the “Eat Right for Your Blood Type” program by Dr. Peter D’Adamo to work very well for most people.Do your best to follow this at least 70% of the time.Eat as much fresh, organic, raw fruits and vegetables as you like.Especially if they are on the beneficial or neutral food lists for your blood type.
Eat as simply and purely as possible.Avoid food additives.
It is helpful if sugars and starchy foods are reduced or avoided.They can make the body acidic which does not promote perfect health.Use natural sweeteners such as Stevia, Xylitol, Agave, and Pure Cane Crystals.

We also recommend an emotional releasing exercise which briefly goes like this.
Write letters to any one with whom you may have had any conflicts.Usually this would be parents, bosses, employees,maybe yourself, spouses, ex-spouses, children, old friends, a childhood bully, someone who abused you, perhaps a diseased part of your self, anything or anyone who has bothered you in any way.
At the end of the letter, add the following:I will no longer carry your debt for you Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, or Spiritually.
Then add:I love you, I bless you, I release you, I forgive you for everything I think you have done to me.
Then read this letter out loud three times and then burn it.You will feel internal emotional shifts, subtly or dramatically within three days of following this procedure.
Write as many letters as you wish until you feel you have released all the old past stuff that has been affecting your health.
Since our personal development is an ongoing process, it is good to write more letters in a month or so.To see if there are still unhealthy emotional attachments, simply think about that person or that part of your body.If there are any unpleasant emotions, then you may want to write another letter.
If you are living or working in an environment that is stressful, it is of utmost importance to fix it.You must either change your mind about the situation or change the situation.
For Spiritual Health
There are many spiritual concepts.Vibrant health is associated with the congruent practice of your spiritual beliefs.So spend some time thinking about what you believe and live your life accordingly.Meditation and prayer are links, connecting the physical body to the spiritual part of yourself.The more you practice them, the more control you have over your physical body and the more you are naturally attuned to your spirit.
During the mental training exercises you will be asked to think of a spiritual guide.This may be a religious figure such as Jesus, Abraham, Moses, a saint, or an angel.It may also be a trusted friend, a respected teacher, a healer or even your favorite pet or a totem animal.The spiritual guide may be the same or different each time you do these exercises.
It is very important that your focus be on the present and plan the future.When you constantly think about the past, the body continues to deteriorate.However, when you plan the future, new cells, when they are made will connect with the old cells in a new and healing way, which will create future perfect health.
Each night before sleep, spend a little time, thinking about and mentally creating your tomorrow.In vivid detail imagine the events of the next day.Imagine the day happening exactly the way you want them to be.This will promote new chemistry, new neurological pathways, and new DNA to be activated.In other words, making your day in advance will go a long way toward healing your body.
